Quicktime VR is an award-winning photorealistic cross-platform virtual reality technology developed by Apple.

The program moves a photographic image from the flat 2D world into a more immersive experience complete with 3D imagery and interactive components. This allows the viewer to explore and examine virtual worlds using a computer and mouse.

Areas where this may be of special interest are for guesthouses, hotels, shops,tourism etc where the technology allows one to develope QT movies for use on Web Sites and CD ROMS.
